It's an intentionally vague question so I get more open ended answers. I'll start with my own answer.
I never used to smoke inside my room and car, so that's when I use it most often. I usually use my PV until I feel "good" then just kind of forget about it for an hour or two. I take long hits and hold it a little longer than most people. I like french inhaling but it causes my nose to get congested. I use it a lot at home, and at work I'm on my feet a lot so I just have a puff every now and then, and it does the job.
I find myself avoiding it inside of public places just because smoking is not allowed anywhere. It avoids awkward conversations about that it's not smoke, etc. I end up using it in the bathroom a lot because there's guaranteed to not be cameras.
I always keep a spare cartridge and spare battery in my pocket. Though now that I just got the E-power 18650, its less of an issue. I've had it for 4 days and I'm still on my first battery! And I got a 1.5mL Sapphire tank so I don't need to worry about refilling very often either. My main issue with doing this, is the threads of the spare atomizer can scratch the PV itself.
