All I'm doing is running them under hot water, blowing the water out the center tube, and blotting with a paper towel. Then I put it in the base and use the battery to dry burn until it stops smoking. Been doing that once a day, but maybe I shouldn't be?

I'm happy with a week's use, but curious how others are cleaning (or not) and what use they are getting.

I fill my mouth with water and blow it through the chimney out the air hole of the mega or mini. Dry burn while lightly blowing through the air hole then blow water through the air hole. I then pulse a few times to get rid of the excess water. Takes about five minutes at most. I came up with that for dry camping.

Well I just went for it. I rinse with water then let them sit in vodka over night. I let them dry then started to dry burn Not taking it apart. I just pressed the power button for a count of 3 or 4 then let off then just repeat. Like you would any other atty. I looked down the tube and watched the coil turn red. I did this on my itaste vv at 8 watts. What is the best setting I have no clue. Give it a try they are not much good without dry burning. Put back into your tank let sit like you would for a new one.

I rinse with hot water as others have posted. I then soak in 100% vodka over night. Then I rinse in hot water, then I let it soak in distilled water for 5 minutes, then let it dry out for 24 hours. Over clean, maybe, but it works.

I don't dry burn, but if you were I highly suggest you rinse it afterwards and then let it dry again.
