Most juice mfgs limit the shelf life to 1 year, probably for the lawyers. Yet, we can freeze nic for up to 4 or 5? Everything oxidizes eventually, and without any bacteria present, should not go bad. PG is used as a preservative in the food industry. If you are real worried about long term spoilage, minimize everything you can, sterilize in a pressure cooker all the bottles, etc. If you heat the stuff to around 160 or so, cap it up tight while warm and throw it in the freezer, it will create somewhat of a vacuum in the bottle.

No you can't
Nicotine solutions in a glass container with an airtight lid, and proper labeling. To help prevent oxidation, keep Nicotine solutions away from heat, light, and in contact with as little oxygen as possible. Nicotine solutions may be safely stored at room temperature. Optimal storage temperature is 34-41 degrees Fahrenheit. Nicotine solutions may be safely used for up to 18 months with proper storage.
Nicotine Safety and Handling

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning concerning glycerin produced from the Jatropha plant which can contain toxins, including phorbol esters, that naturally occur in the plant. All of our vegetable-derived glycerin is 100% sourced from palm fruit, and does not contain any Jatropha plant or derivatives. Vegetable Glycerin USP

Been doing some stocking up for the possible regulations, but one question does bother me a bit.
How bad is air for me DIY-juices?
Should I get some gear winemakers have for removing air from winebottles (not so cheap) or just use smaller (50ml or less) bottles (much more work)?

Air will ozidize the mix which is part of the maturing process so it's not nessessarly a bad thing. I wouldn't worry about it to much. Where you have to worry about air is in the nicotine solution. Expecially if storing it for long periods of time. Storing NIC in the freezer will drastically cut down the process of air, light and moisture oxidizing NIC. So for long term storage of raw 100mg/ltr nic or any MG strength for that matter, fill glass bottles to about a 1/4 from the top and store in the freezer. It will keep for 5 - 10 years. I buy my NIC by the liter then divide it into 120ml bottles for storage. I find 120mls of NIC last me 3 - 4 months. So while my 120ml bottle is out and working the rest are sleeping in the freezer.

As for pre-made juices it's not a good idea to store them in the freezer. flavor molecules may react in a negative way. I recommend storing them in a dark cool place or even the refrigerator but never freeze them. If your concerned about spoilage make no more then what you can vape in 3 - 6 months.

So no help for me DIYs, eh?
The issue I've been running into is that my fav flavorings go tasteless once the bottle is opened in couple of weeks and the same happens, naturally, to mixes.
Problem with these is, that they are strong flavourings only needing from 3 - 5 %. They come in 15 ml bottles so one needs to make a batch of 300 - 500 ml each.
