How big is a 510 drip tip?

Just like the tittle says, how big in mm is a 510 drip tip?

Just happened to have my micrometer sitting on the table. The one I just measured from my Fogger V6 (Yi Loong authentic) is 8.5mm on the steel and 8.52mm at the o-ring, uncompressed.

Edit: that's diameter where it fits into the tank top, in case it's not obvious. They do vary in length, shape and size above.

No coilburner. When they list a size it's either the upper diameter (the part that goes between your lips) or more likely the length that sticks out above the atty.

Yes and if it doesn't I would assume 510 since the vast majority of attys take 510 (8.5mm) drip tips even though the DT has nothing to do with the 510 connector. The only time you're going to need other than a 510 DT is if you're buying for a simple dripping atty that has other than a 510 connector or something like a cigalike.

there are many attys that have a 510 connector but the drip tip can be in different sizes... but if you mean you are looking for a standard drip tip its about 8.5mm or .335", on average the hole in the atty is .340". The CLT has a .460" driptip hole size and its a 510 connect atty...

This is one of the little things that doesn't get mentioned very often so someone new to the wonderful world of vaping can get confused. 99.9% of the drip tips on the market will fit 99.9% of the toppers on the market right now. The end that goes into the topper should be the same size no matter which one you get. The hole in the center may be bigger on some of them and they come in all shapes, sizes, colors and materials (aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic, plastic just to name some of them).

I had the problem of not understanding the difference between 510 and ego threading when I first started. Such a simple thing once I figured it out The little inside threading=510. the larger outside threading=ego
