How can I change my thread posts picture?

After a period of time, posts are locked from being edited. You can add to your thread with a new picture, or if the previous picture is totally wrong, you can report the post and have a member of the ECF staff delete the post or picture within the post.

hmm, i thought i just uploaded a picture into my avatar. Its not showing, imma tinker some more.
