How can I delete a post?

You can always edit it, as you said, something like "Nevermind."

I just ask a moderator to delete it for me. I've only asked once and it was deleted.

If you'd like a post of yours deleted, the suggestions here are ok, but better to let one of us know by clicking the triangle at the bottom of the post. This way we are notified right away you'd like a post deleted.
