Per the manual error #1=check atomizer
error #9= weak battery

Tell us what battery you are using. (brand and model number please)
What atomizer/topper/tank you are using and the resistance of the coil or "build".
How many watts are you feeding that build?
Where are you located?

Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
