How can I fix my clearomizer?

I just got an order of clearos in from ECblend and one of them is not working. When I put it on my ego 650s it wont vape. The battery just flashes when I press the button to vape. Both batteries are working with my other clearos just fine. I noticed a tiny wire hanging out the bottom of the malfucntioning clearo. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

The clearos are the CE5 redux clearomizers with replacaeble wick/coil

How rebuild Ego-ce5 coil head stardust vivi nova - YouTube This video shows how to take apart coil head and put it back together. It was exactly what I needed. I took my broken coil head apart and put it back together right now it works.
