How can I fix my clearomizer?

I just got an order of clearos in from ECblend and one of them is not working. When I put it on my ego 650s it wont vape. The battery just flashes when I press the button to vape. Both batteries are working with my other clearos just fine. I noticed a tiny wire hanging out the bottom of the malfucntioning clearo. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

The clearos are the CE5 redux clearomizers with replacaeble wick/coil

Have you contacted ECBlend? Do they have a warranty? Sounds like it's shorting out due to that wire sticking out the bottom.

I wanted to skip the hassle of mailing it back if possible. I was hoping for a how-to on how it's constructed inside.

Goggle how to rebuild whatever type of clearo it is. There's lots of videos online.

This video will give you a good idea of how the heads work.
It's just a short. Easy to fix or just replace the head.
Contact the vendor, they may just send you a replacement head.

Most likely a short. pull the center contact of the clearo out a touch, should fix the issue

The video was exactly what i needed. It showed me how the coil head is built and all i had to do was take it apart and put it back together now the broken clearo works! Thankx everyone!

No problem.
They are pretty simple once you understand how they work.
By the way, a light bulb works the same way but they are harder to take apart.
