Are your V2 batteries autos?

Those adapters look to me like they will probably only work with manual batts. You need one with 'ramps' cut out on it like the cartos have, in order to allow air flow to the vacuum switch to activate the battery, if you want it to work with an auto battery.

Those adapters will work on autos. I've used them before.
