how can you tell if a flavor extract is a good one for e juices?

I just recently ordered some flavor extracts and they seem very watery and it tastes watery as well.

The ingredients for the flavors I have are:
Natural or Artificial Flavors
PG
Water
Sometimes Alcohol

The liquid looks very thin. Is this normal for flavor extracts?

All I can say is try a small batch and see. I never tried Fairies finest but I heard there pretty good.
