How do I Add a Photo?

Wanted to update my profile and add a photo but could not find out how to do that. It is probably me not understanding the instructions! So if anyone can talk me through that then THANKS!!!

Settings. Once there, left hand column find Edit Profile picture. Choose upload from computer...

SETTINGS right top corner of the page. Then at the left of the page that loads after you click settings look to the left scroll down to
EDIT PROFILE PICTURE
If you already have a pic you want to upload choose option 2
