How do I check my order status?

Does anybody know how I can check on the status of an order? I login and click on order history but there doesn't seem to be any info about my order. I'm just wondering because I ordered 3 days ago and haven't received anything saying that it has been shipped.


If you call me with your order number... I can get you your tracking number (as long as its on my shipping report). If you have not received one in your email, it could be because your item is back ordered, and we do not have it in yet=(
The ultimate starter kits and the blank cartos are back ordered right now, but we should be receiveing a shipment of both in this week and they will go out promptly. I apologize for any inconvenience!

You sold out of blank cartomizers again? Wow. I can see why though -- they are great.
