how do i clean my freya clearo?

i just started using freya 5 ml double barrel clearos from the vapor girl but i have no clue how to clean them or how often. any suggestions?

Can you take the top completely off and remove the two "center posts" from the coils? Essentially the freya is two CE3 bottom coils inside a large tank.
