How do I confirm if LR atty, IS LR...?

its actualy a multimeter. They are cheep, and i also use them to determine if i actually popped one of my tomizers, or if cleaning will be able to get them to workagain. So, you can use them for his purpose as well as to determine which are LR and which are normal atty's. Hehe, i even use it to see if batteries i have lying around the house are dead or not.

A decent multimeter will run you 10-20 dollars. And, you can fin them atany radioshack/pep boys/spare autopart store. Its one of those items where, once you get comfortable with it, youll be shocked at how often youll be using it.
