How Do I Find the ECF Classifieds?

Once you are verified, you will see the buying and selling section on the main index. The classifieds are in there.
They really aren't scary. You can find great deals there and the majority is done through PayPal as goods purchases, so anything purchased comes with the same resolution options as ebay or other types of purchases. If you've used ebay, I'd say it's very similar in some ways, as there is even a feedback system. It's much more personal here though, with discussion between the buyer and seller first and the ability to work out any details and deals that benefit both parties.

Actually it's a GREAT way to do this. Before this system (Verifying) was put into place, lots of fly by nights where going on. Now they aren't. Stops the scammer who is just toddling through from coming in and scamming lottsa folks!
I have a question please, lots of seller do not want any mention of e cig in the transaction, why is that?
Because PayPal does'nt do ecig transactions, if they find out they will close your account. I don't think they do this all over, but they do in the U.S.
Thank you for the info. Is selling and buying e cig product prohibited in the US? is there a reason why they don't allow ecig transactions?
I'm not really sure why they do it that way. It's not illegal. They may just be covering their butts for future possible lawsuits.
I would suggest that if someone forces you to open a PayPal account against your will, then proceeds to force you to buy ecig related products with that account, and then forces you to lie about it, that you call the police and I'm sure if they have nothing better to do they will do something about it. I would hope so anyway.
