How do I fix Protank 2 burnt taste?

I started out just rewicking, but the cheap wire that kanger uses still limits you to around 8 watts, and I wanted MOAR

wet linen flavor comes from using a tad too much cotton. Cotton expands when wet. IMHO the flavor can't be beat once you get the hang of how much to use. Since its pretty cheap, doesn't hurt to experiment till you get it down

It's really amazing how little cotton you need for a PT coil rebuild. You almost have to convince yourself that that little bit is going to be just fine...
