I like a lot more TH than most I guess. What some say is good I'm not feeling it. I do 24mg now so don't really want to go up on nic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Since you're already at such an extremely high nic level, the next thing to try is increasing the PG percentage. I also prefer fairly extreme throat hit, but I can't vape over 10mg, so I usually want at *least* 75% PG, if not more.
After that, your options are basically hardware. A kayfun of any kind, real or clone, gives terrific throat hit, if you mount the coil high -- so I do!

Thanks Andria, already a kayfun junkie but will up the pg. I thought I heard someone talking about something you could add to your juice that would increase TH.
I agree with AndriaD on the higher pg percentage. I also like throat hit and I make my menthol with Everclear and crystals. I have been known to add a drop or two of Peach flavored vodka to my atomizer also. Gives it just a little kick. Good luck to you and happy vaping.

Yes, there is an additive called "Flash," ecigexpress.com has it, but I'm not sure how effective it is. I got some, and it might boost the TH just a tiny bit, but not nearly as much as high-PG or a high-mounted coil on a kayfun can do. Of course at your high nic level, it may be more effective. It's not expensive, about $3.39 or $3.99 I think.

EDIT: what she said... adding grain alcohol to your ejuice... I've heard that can really kick up the TH too... and maybe saline? I know that after eating anything, I have to turn down the wattage or the TH about kills me for the first few hits.
I have added saline to some of my juices and to some bought from B&M. It didn't really add much TH but it did make the flavors pop. However watch how much you add cuz enough will make it a coil clogger.
I made my own solution at 1/4 tsp to 3/4 cup water which I found on here somewhere should be about a 0.9% solution and other than cloggin the coil I would say it worked very nice.

like mentioned above, position your coil away from the air hole. i too am a TH fanatic and need my TH. raise that coil on your kfun and youll be golden. or on a dripper, align your air hole with the wick instead of with the coil and blammo, killer TH. soem flavors also provide more th than others, like citrus flavors, mtn dew, cinnamon and some tobaccos.
so:
-raise your coil / misalign the air hole
-up your PG ratio
-use "th flavors"
-also, and youve probably already thought of this, but lower your resistance / crank up that power

I don't seem to remember a big th when I was smoking...dunno if pga helps

Not all nic provides the same level of TH, some vendors nic provides better TH than others. I am using nic bought from MFS over a year ago and it hits pretty hard. The newer "super clean" nic that so many like has a much softer TH, too soft IMO. Check the forum to see who currently provides the best nic for TH.
If you're using a mech or newer VV/VW mod that can handle it, build your coils @ .8 - .9 ohms and install them well above the air hole on your Kayfun (at least 1/8" or 3mm).
My flavored NETs have PGA in them but it doesn't really boost the TH as far as I can tell. If you like tobacco flavored NETs try one of Ahlusion's aromatics. They hit hard, a bit too hard for me and I like a heavy TH. Bottom line is, the type of juice you're using has great influence on overall TH.
Higher percentages of PG will increase TH a bit but also lowers vapor production and changes the flavor. I mix @ 55/40/5 PG/VG/PGA with 12mg nic but only vape flavored NETs with the tobacco extract helping to boost the overall TH.
Saline and or distilled water may add a touch more TH but not much, and if you are already running a high PG ratio it might excessively thin the juice so start at low percentages.
I know that TH plays a huge role in overall satisfaction, especially for ex-smokers like myself so I wish you luck in your pursuit.
The Flash I got from ecigexpress doesn't seem to be alcohol at all; it's brown, rather thick, and has no alcohol smell at all.

If you are using vg in your juice, you might add a bit of distilled water depending on the amount of vg. It really helps, not only with the TH but also with the flavor. For a 50/50 mix I add 3% of total volume in DW. I raise that % accordingly for a liquid that has 80% vg to say about 8% of total volume. The distilled water apparently boosts the amount of heated vapor hitting the throat.
