How do I know how much ohms (resistance) is good for me? (eGo-C 1000mAh)

All ego style batteries other then The Ego Twist put out the same voltage. Ego, Ego-T, Ego-C, Kgo, GoGo, Riva, etc..

The higher the Ohms, the higher the voltage for a better vape. You can still use higher ohms on a normal ego battery but it will not produce as much vapor because the coils do not get as hot.

So for an ego battery you need low ohms.. 1.7-2.0 is good..

it's and upgraded battery... the normal mode is 3.3V

and there's a mode to 3.6 between 4.15.

Even with those voltages the 1.8-2.0 will work even better, because your only other choice you said was 2.5ohms. That would need 4.7ish+ volts in my opinion.

4.15v on 1.8ohm will sizzle nicely.

the place the I buy from only gives me 2.5 or 1.8... it's quite hard to decide... what do you suggest?

2.5 is green to all my volt options but it seems pretty low... 4.30-7 watts...
1.8 is good to the low volt (3.3-3.7 volts) options in my battery (6.20-7.60 watts) and too bit warm in 3.8-4.15 volts (8.89-9.60 watts)

the "sweet spot" is often considered to be between 6 and 8 watts (I like ~8 myself, but love me some big poofy clouds). I'd personally go with the 1.8ohm.

Probably the best option not mentioned here yet: Rather than use calculators and spread sheets and charts just get one of each and see which you prefer. Everyone has different preferences, the only way to know for sure is to get the add. and give it a run. You may spend a couple $ and find out you don't like it, but you'll know for certain what wattage YOU like for next time.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him how to fish and he eats for a lifetime.

Actually, teach a man to fish and he sits in a boat and drinks beer all day! Lol

Another reason to get both resistances is that different juices may taste better at different watts. Fruit flavors usually are better at lower watts that thicker heavy juices like BB or Butterscotch.

Enjoy!
