How do I know when to stop filling non see through vivi nova tank?

So I got a metal blue non see through vivi nova tank... how do I know when It's getting low or need to fill it .. just realized that haha

Open it up and check i guess lol. I have the vivi stv which has a small window in either side

I current have the 3ml blue metal vivi nova tank. For me it hard to tell as well. So What I did was bought some of the plastic squeeze bottle and marked the bottle at every 2.5ml. Then I just fill the tank to the next mark line and I never over fill it. But also I have also had issues telling when the juice level is low as well. I by accident used hot water to rinse my tank out to switch to a different juice which made the plastic window cloudy. So once I start losing flavor or reduction in vapor, it time to do another refill.
