I think you need around 15 posts. I'm not 100% sure on the number. Then go to someone that has a banner in their sig and click on it. It'll take you to a page to create a banner. After you do so, come back to the board and click on settings at the very top right. Then on the left look for edit signature. They you paste the code there. Click go advanced and see if it worked.

Hope I didn't leave anything out.

Really, I'd think the tarantula board would be all sunshine and butterflies. Just kidding! Start posting so you can get your banner!

Lol!! Some of us over there sometimes get a little snobby since we see the same posts by new members over and over again. They even have a gang of search police members. Which is what I used here before I posted this thread. Just couldn't find anything. The searches are sometimes tricky. It really depends on what your looking for. Again, thanks for your help.

No one seems to mind here if questions are asked over again, thank goodness. No search police members! We have them at other boards I post at. Used to post at, this is my new full time job! I posted at a gaming board that wasn't so friendly with answering question. And a diet board was the same way. But I think dieters are a little cranky.

But I think dieters are a little cranky.

ROFL I wonder why.

People who monitor forums have long memories and when they keep seeing the same questions they do begin to get annoyed. But some times those questions can be long buried in a fast moving forum. and noobs don't always know where to look for their answers. If someone is bothered by seeing the same questions over and over its time for them to move out of the noob areas not the noobs.

I agree about leaving the noob section if your tired of seeing similar threads ALL the time. I would love it if they created one on my main forum. So, I could stay away from it. I can only suggest a beginner tarantula so many times. I'm sure you've all had this problem too. lol!! O.K., probably not.

Down the bottom of this page are a bunch of banners you can click to fill out
E-Cig Wiki
And many others people use here on the forum can be clicked to take you to where you can get one

After 15 posts and about an hour wait you should be able to click on Settings (upper right of ECF) and then down the left see Edit Signature. Once you have that...

Go to where you can fill out the banner you want
Fill out and generate the BbCode
Copy the BbCode
Got to ECF setting, then to Edit Signature
Paste the BBCode in the text signature box
Save

Ugg I used to be a mod for a very heavy message board back in 2004. It had well over a million users and let me just say that I spent most of my time moving and deleting threads that have been made over and over.
