How do they fill cartos in the factory?

Whenever you open a prefilled cart, it's always mostly full, primed, dry in the middle, and rarely ever burnt. How do they fill them in the factory? I highly doubt there's a team of people doing condom fills and blowing them out or drops one at a time.

I'm just curious what kind of machinery they use for that level of filling efficiency.

I always wondered if they use some sort of injection device or a centrifuge.

I'd really love to find the answer to this; I wonder if there's a way to duplicate the setup at home. The only thing that would be really tough to duplicate is if they soak the filler first then insert it into the carto during build.
