Im gonna assume you are using an older stardust atomizer where only the driptip is easily removeable. What I do with mine is simply run it under a tap and shake until the wick turns white again, followed by some dry burning, ill leave it overnight for the remaining water to dry out before using again.
there are videos on youtube showing how to do the above. you can even remove the entire tank and dismantle the whole thing with a pair of pliers but I wouldnt recommend that since these arent design to be taken apart completely. i tried it once and ended up with a cracked tank.
