How do you embed youtube videos? (so the video is in the post)

Hey guys, I'm sure this is easy to figure out, but I've tried a few things in the sandbox and it didn't work. I'm just wondering how to embed the youtube video in your post so that the player is actually visible and ready to press play on ECF. I know where the "embed" code is on youtube however still no dice, do I need to use check the "use old embed code" box, to use the old one?

I've got a Castle rda by Vapesmith Clone review almost finished and was just wondering.

Click the button that looks like a film strip. Copy the video address from the browser and paste.

See the icon that looks like a video reel? If you hover over it, it says "Insert Video." Click on that, enter the URL of the video, and click OK. Then click "Post Quick Reply" and VOILA!
