Is there a problem with Pure Smokers customer service line. I placed 2 orders and they came through fine but one of the atty's I bought died after 10 minutes of use. I emailed them a week ago and still not response.
I'm not sure, as I've never had to use their customer service line. But, Cash checks this subforum quite often, so I'm sure he'll pop in here in the next day or two and let you know the answer to your question.

This is why i have moved on, there is no phone to call and they take forever to respond... Even thought tenergy offers a one year warranty on their bat's PS will only change them out within six months.
Whether or not I feel they are responsible is irrelevant. They should respond. And what do you know if it's user error. Maybe you should ask more questions before you speak.

I was going to say, most tickets are responded to within 12 hours, except when we are closed on weekends.
Normally, you should get an email notification that your ticket was responded too, but if you don't, you have to log in to your account to check! Did you happen to check your spam folder in your email account?

I never got an email that the ticket was responded to. Anyway....I responded to the answer on the ticket. I don't even know if the atty has a warranty. I just figured I'd check. If not......no big deal.....we'll move on to the next order.

Yes, the atomizers have a 7 day warranty (if not purchased in bulk) We'll get you taken care of tomorrow (just make sure to check your account on our website) If you'd prefer to place another order within the next few days, we can send the replacement atomizer with that order as well, just let us know.
