How do you inhale/ exhale?

Sometimes I also take a drag and blow it directly out my nose from my mouth without inhaling at all, but with higher nic juices it can burn sometimes (As with french inhaling).

Hailing from the cigar smoker community, this is referred to as Retrohaling ;). I also prefer this method, as I enjoy the "Nasal Hit" much more than "Throat Hit".

Long gentle drags, using my cheek muscles to pull the vapor into my mouth (like sucking on a straw in a milkshake), hold it in my mouth for a second, then inhale into my lungs. I exhale through both my mouth and nose.

Same here at the mo - but I'm also researching different ways... I find different clearomizers/e-juice give me a different TH's etc...

As we know, it' mainly your sense of smell that provides or, at least enhances flavor. You've to release some through your nose.
This might sound strange but, this is what I do...
Facing the West, (most would think East) I inhale through my mouth for 4 seconds, (I've got an evic so I can time it) then for approximately another 4-5 seconds I hold one nostril, not sure which one, and take the rest in my nose.
I hold it in for 3.5 secs, turn to the East and blow the rest out my ....
This is mostly for cake like juices. Totally flip the process for fruit type juices.
Hey, try it, you'll like it.

It wasn't the vapor that ended up coming out of my ... :(

R.I.P. underwear.

And anyways, when I try to reverse it should I also flip the East and West so I start facing the East or keep the direction the same?

Draw in slowly then exhale through my nose while inhaling the rest for TH and exhaling slowly.

Why do I feel like I'm in ante natal classes?

Anyway, I get full flavour if I exhale nasally and like one person said above it's quite calming. The only problem there is you get a much bigger nicotine hit exhaling through your nose so if you chain vape you better be on lowish nicotine or you'll get a headache and kind of dizzy, or maybe that's just me...

I do all ways, depends on juice I guess. Doing the French inhale you can smell what your juice tastes like to others after you exhale. My son tried it and he is the one who started me on the whole vapeing plan and quitting analogs and he coughed his but off. He does use a higher nicotine juice then I do and I have been French inhaling for years when I smoked analogs. So I have no idea what is better to do but I do them all!:2cool:

Haha, I actually picked that up from smoking cigars! xD Never knew the name of it though, it's cool to hear that there's a more technical term for it lol. Also, yeah, the "Nasal Hit" is refreshing and makes me a bit more alert for a short time with higher nic juices, plus no matter what you're smoking or vaping the nose is a surefire way of getting a more accurate 'flavor' (I think that's why most people don't like frenching with cigarettes; their taste buds are used to the dirtier tobacco taste but the same doesn't go with their nose :D On a strange note though, I find that I actually like the taste of cigarettes (Yes, even after I stop and regain my taste), but I like tobacco in pretty much any form [Cigars, pipes, cigarettes, very occasional dip, nasal snuff, snus, but not really most cheap cigarillos unless they're Captain Blacks] so I guess I'm just one of those guys).

I was never able to retrohale my cigars but I finally figured out how to do it. I'm getting all kinds of different sensations from my juice when I do. Cinnamons taste a little spicier. Mints a little mintier. You get the picture. It's pretty good when I'm laying in bed in the dark. Almost puts me to sleep.

I typically triple drag when I vape outside of the office. Meaning, long slow drag, inhale into lungs, exhale through nose WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY taking another long slow drag, then exhale through nose and repeat one more time.

When I'm at work in my office, I'll take a long slow drag, inhale into lungs and hold it for 4-5 seconds .... then exhale very slowly so that there is minimal vapor exhalation. I do this so nobody catches me vaping in my office. LOL!
