How do you keep track of, or label, the flavors of your carts?

One problem I have not seen addressed yet, is the fact that there is no way to keep track of the flavors of my cartridges. I have at least 4-5 cartridges, with different flavors in each, but no way of keeping track of which is which. I have not yet figured out a good way of labeling them. The only thing I have came up with, is that I could use a marker, and mark the small white cap that comes with each cart. Has anyone come up with a good way of distinguishing the flavor of each of their carts?

Blank Turbos from vapornine are black with a white stripe around them...I write on the white stripe with a regular pen...it does wear off, but I re-write over it before it's gone completely.

That being said, they were always soft caps before, which I like best, until the latest delivery, in which glued-on-tight hard caps were delivered...but those were apparently a delivery surprise (i.e.,mistake).

I'm sure the problem will be corrected.

I've tried all of these with varying success:

Sniff test.

Color coded - a different color atty for each flavor (written down.) My favorite. If the 510 Cartos become available in colors, I'm going back to this.

Rubber band around the bottles. Attach the cart to the appropriate bottle when not in use.

Large medicine bottles. Keep both the small dropper bottle

Labels. I have small circular labels which I cut in half. I also recently came across my stash of labels for VCR tapes. Use indelible marker, wait a minute for it to dry, cut and wrap around the cart or cartomizer.

Prayer.

With the M401 cartridges, I just use a fine point marker to write a little code on the end of the rubber stopper. I have been playing with the 4 flavors I got so far from evapers (kahlua, marshmallow, cherry, and brandy) so I have a few cartridges on the go already lol. I just use 1 or 2 letters to code them.... for example a K for Kahlua, and I mixed cherry and brandy together (<- excellent btw tastes like cherry brandy) and put a CB on that one. Works for me lol. Also mixed the marshmallow and kahlua trying to mimic my second habit: Starbucks (flavored lattes and cappucinos lol.)

Good question!
I have the same problem, with no good answer.

But, in my confusion, I have found some interesting flavor combination's:ohmy:

I do the same thing, can't identify it, just put something else in the cart, and sometimes comes out tasting mighty good. Have little bottles, that I mix liquids, when they get down low, I toss them all in one little bottle, and come up with some mighty fine tasting stuff, now try doing that with cigarette butts, rolled into one. YUK!!!!! LOVE MY P.V.

Itty bitty zip lock bags labeled.

Exactly what I do. I use the little snack bags that are only like 3"x6" and stick the cart and atomizer(if dedicated to that flavor), or cartomizer in the bag along with the e-liquid bottle, which obviates having to label the bag since I can just look at the label on the bottle. Up to a 30 ml bottle fits in it with no problem. This also provides a little added protection against spilling.
