I've never bought anything for this purpose, I just ue strips of variously colored duct tape. That works fine for me, but I obviously wouldn't want to put it inside a tank.

That's a great idea. In fact I could use strips of duct tape, then use sharpie on them instead of directly on the cartos, won't wipe off then.

I dont mind if the flavors mix on the 4 tobacco flavors I use the most. For everything else I use both of these methods and I order empty cartos with miscellaneous colors.

Small colored rubber bands such as are used for pony tails & braids in hair, or the small ones as used in children's dental braces (I think) and available multi-colored. I just got some of the former from a local beauty supply store to identify my DIY juice bottles, etc. Should be handy for now. :D

When I used cartos I used the mini elastic hair bands that come in a multi pack of colors. I'd put one band around the carto and one band of the same color around the bottle. At the time I had an ego battery and the cone cover would hide the band around the carto just fine so I never had to remove the band from the carto.

I like drip tips for testing. Once I decide on a flavor that is when I usually throw the carto into a tank.
I have small and large DCT tanks and a solid steel MAP tank. I also have a few colored pyrex/annodized aluminum tanks from Cirrus Vapes.
With all the different tanks and colors I can usually keep the stuff I am currently vaping coded correctly.
