It wasn't too long ago that everyone (almost anyway) was up in arms about how bad the customer service was. Complaining about the emails, website, fone calls and shipping times.

At that time it was all accurate. I'm really sorry for the few that may have given up on Bloog and went to an inferior product, because they are really missing out on something good.

I was lucky enough to miss the bad cycles and got my stuff in a pretty timely manner. (5 orders in 60 days) As a matter of fact, I spoke to Red yesterday at around 3 PM as he hand picked my order while I was talking to him. I got a fedex notice 30 minutes later and another 2 hours later that said it would be here tomorrow.

That's pretty darn good service, if you ask me.

Right now, I want to stand up in front of all you Bloogites and raise my glass to Mike, Leaford, Chris and Jeff, along with the others behind the scenes, and say

THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a great company, and a super product.

In my book, Bloog is the best E-cig on the market. I am very pleased to be using it, and darn proud to be selling it.

I can't believe that more companies have not followed suit with the horizontal coil design. The bar has been set high lol. If you're using a regular carto, you're missing out. Plain and simple. It won't be long until others jump on the wagon I'd guess. THey are going to have to. There is just to much of a difference. Way to go Bloog. Good stuff!

made the mistake to put 80vg/20pg in my catro and now i have to try suck it through lol. for a newbie, it does throw ya off when vg is supposed to give you all this vapor and you pour it in and...almost nothing? only to find out after "talkin' to people & readin' thingz" that these BMF cartos aint made for that kind of juice. i dripped some70pg/30vg in the same carto, just waiting for it to burn through the thick stuff now.

Put the carto between the palms of your hands and roll it back and forth. The warmth, along with the rolling, might help distribute the juice. You may want to put it in a battery sleeve (battery side down), and give it a good spin too.

Remove the carto from the battery for both operations!

So Bloog has always been amazing for me. I wouldn't be turning so many new people on to it if I didn't believe it was so wonderful, and cs amazing.

Only problem now, is keeping everything in stock, and getting that juice on the new site!
