How do you post a picture?

Have been trying to figure out how to post a picture or shall I say avatar. And I'm not having much success. Is there some kind of secret to it? Lol

To load an avatar pic -hover over your username towards the top right of the page, click on avatar on the popup then choose file. Hope that's what you were after.

Keeps telling me everything is too big?

There's a max size for these things, but I've no idea what that is in this new software. You should reduce it down using photoshop or whatever image editing software you've got.

Alison - the picture you use for the avatar should be 200x200 pixels or smaller and 5kb or smaller in file size.
