Basement shelf for 10/30/60ml bottles. It's dark and fairly cool.

Bigger bottles go in the fridge and moved to 30/60ml bottles as needed. Like WillyZee, I have most of my wife and my favorite flavours locked in, but I do buy 120/250/500ml bottles of certain flavours that may last 2+ years, so I prefer the rarely opened basement fridge.

Everything in the fridge except what I am currently using or steeping. I have commandeered the box on the door where you would normally keep your cheese but I am running Running out of space though so I think I will have to get one of those organiser boxes. The Mrs is not going to be happy about me taking up an entire shelf in the fridge though[emoji51]

My flavoring collection is getting out of hand! I would love some suggestions on how you are storing yours

When I was first getting started there were several people buying these. (Link below) My original link died but these are the same, I never got any of them. I ended up making my own flavor racks, to organize my flavors. :)

Good idea! They have those at the dollar store, what a bargain! Would make alphabetizing easier!

All of my 30ml & smaller are sorted by category & stored in ziplock bags & labled with green painters tape. Custards & creams, sweetners & enhancers, chocolates & tobaccos, bakery, 2 bags of fruits that I'll soon combine into a quart size bag, etc. As a category out grows its bag I just use a bigger bag. All of these bags are upright in a box file style & lives on my desk. The 4oz sizes of flavors that I use frequently are in another box & I use those to refill the smaller bottles. These live in a closet with the pg/vg/120ml bottle of nic that is currently in use.. When I mix, I have the box of bags close at hand.

I use these. They will hold up to 30ml bottles with the lid closed and latched. They also stack. You can label each compartment by flavor profile to help with locating your flavors quickly.

That's the same company that made the case I use. Yours is almost identical, except it has cups and mine has movable dividers. Don't you love it??

By the way, Harbor Freight Tools has them (if anyone wants to get one locally maybe), except they're black with schoolbus yellow removable cups in them.

I just measured the depth of my Harbor Freight case. It's 2" deep, FWIW. I hadn't thought of it since it's been on the shelf in my walk-in closet for a couple of years. I used it for cartos, eGo atomizers, and various other things I needed in the early vaping years. Now, it's going to be my flavor storage box.

For small bottles of flavoring (5 - 30ml) that will be used within a year's time I just store them at room temperature in their original plastic containers inside my vape cabinet where it's dark. I buy my favorite flavorings in bulk (120 - 240ml) transferring them into glass containers which I store in the refrigerator. With oxidation slowed to a crawl they'll last for many years stored this way.

Yes, they work perfect for me. The work great for stackable storage, easy to move, and I can locate my flavors when mixing without difficulty. I believe that my wife found them at our local Lowes store.

I usually repackage my infrequently used flavorings in glass and store them in a cool dark cabinet or tackle box. I have flavors over 4 years old that are still as fresh tasting as the day I bought them.

There are also other flavors that I keep in plastic bottles because I use them up so quickly it don't make sense to re-package them.

Anything I buy in bulk of 120ml's or more always get transferred to glass and if there used frequently get poured into 15ml plastic that are used as my working bottles.

At this point all my flavors are in the OEM bottles. Not knowing what my top 10 or 20 flavors would eventually be I bought small on most, with some larger bottles of various Hangsens and a few Flavourarts.

Sorry, what's OEM?

I am still using what I described in this post. It is just straight alphabetical by flavor name. With the alphabet tabs; I usually don't have to lift more than three or four (to read the label) before I am on the right one.

I must confess that I am starting to order more flavors in 30mL bottles (vs. 8-15mL) and the small/large diameter discrepancy in size is not ideal (though the dividers are not glued in and therefore adjustable). I haven't found anything better for me yet; so I am eager to see what others are using!

Thanks for asking another great question!

Nail polish tray that goes in a cabinet in my basement when not in use:

I have ran out of room in that tray so my 24 new RF SC flavors are stored in a cardboard box in the same cabinet until I use up the older flavors in big batches to make room for the newer flavors.

Testers (in the same type of tray) stay on top of my work area in the basement which is generally dark (one nearby glass block window) but I am not worried about my testers seeing some daylight as most are in amber bottles:
