How do you guys swap flavors? I don't drip so swapping flavors is a pain in the .......I use a vivi nova, a DCT tank, and a clearo. The DCT tank would be the easiest to swap flavors with but it seems so expensive to change cartos that often. Do you guys just fill it back up with a new juice? Or do you use a brand new carto? Or do you clean your other carto so you can use it fresh again?

I normally have 4 or 5 different cartotanks. I find that if I only vape one flavor all the time, I get vapors tongue.....(its not serious, I just cant taste my juice)
You can boil cartos to clean them after a few refills and then change flavors then (unless you vape cinamon or something along those lines) Some cartos can last 4 or 5 or even 6 cycles of this.
The vivi is the one I do the majority of my flavor swapping with. Since it holds about twice as much as my DCT so I'm not able to swap as frequently.
You can always pour the juice back into the bottle, wipe the tank out, get a fresh carto and start again.
You see, there's the rub in vaping. It's all in the plan! You see, they know... yup, they know you'll end up buying a TON of stuff just so you can CHANGE FLAVORS!!! Changing flavors is the #1 reason why I own 7 PV's, a ton of clearos, a ton of carts and tanks, 1/2 ton of batteries, a few drippers, 1tsp salt, 1tsp baking soda, and 3 cups of sugar! Yup, vaping will getcha, and you can't run... no you can't... all you can do is change flavors! 
This isn't reassuring at all....I don't think I will ever be swapping flavors lol. I'm not going out and buying more DCT stuff so I can have 6 leaky tanks lol
I've got 4 filled tanks in front of me, and I'm debating which new flavor to put in the empty. I have one tank on the way, courtesy a member here. I would be buying more tanks, but the rash of CC issues lately has prevented that. I may swing by the local store for some, but I really wanted the online ones.
Having a little carrying case to store the tanks in is awesome. I can change flavors any time, depending on my mood.
Buy another clearo/tank/atomizer/whatever or wait until mine is empty and refill it with another flavor. I have syringed juice out of a tank as well. I dont wash in between flavors, i feel like the old flavor tends to die out after a few pulls then youre onto the new. However with very strong flavors it can overcome the whole tank and may be worth rinsing
If you're changing cartos with a flanged bottom in a carto tank, click on the link in my signature. If the carto doesn't have a flange, it can still be done but is a bit messier. It also only works with tanks that have interchangeable tops and bottoms, not tanks (like a DCT/SCT) that have a concave bottom groove for the flange to fit into.
because I'm lazy and I don't think boiled cartos taste right, when I swap out a juice I will vape as much as I can out of the tank and then fill it with a smiliar flavor. I was vaping lavander green tea last week but ran out and the carto was still going strong, so I just refilled the tank with strawberries and champagne. Tasted pretty good. I've also done that with mint chocolate chip and thin mint cookie, with good results.
I just fill with new juice. It doesn't take long to taste the new flavor. Pour the remainder for the juice into a small cup and pop the drip tip off the juice bottle and pour in. That is, if you want to go through the trouble.

!) so over that time I have accumulated a lot of cartotanks. I have a dozen tanks up and going at any given time, each with its own flavor. I typically switch between 3 - 4 flavors a day. You don't want to get vapor's tongue by using the same flavor day in and day out -- how boring.
Make a vaping budget where you purchase a new tank every month; before long you'll be able to do something similar to what I do.

for me, the taste feels better when cleaning with hot water, but of couse more better to have more
