OK, well I guess the best question is, how do I take great necessary precautions to make sure they don't get gooed up. I'm now ready to be a perfectionist. What causes? Over flooding atomizers? The vape eventually leading up and re-gooing? Is there a thread on this and how to avoid it?

Everybody complains about atomizers but honestly I haven't had one atomizer break down and four battery's and this is getting bad.

I've had this problem also, what works best for me is to take a paper clip make sure its a plastic coated one. Then you pull the plastic past the paper clip metal edge to protect the switch membrane. This part is very touchy, very carefully stick the paper clip in the batt hole. About half an inch in you will start to get close the the switch housing. The next step is to prod around very gently till you find the tiny switch hole and guide the paper clip in the hole. At this point you have to be very careful because the membrane of the pressure switch is super delicate and you can poke a hole in it. It's just a very thin plastic membrane.

Once you get the plastic protected paper clip to the membrane, very very gently (like touching a needle to a balloon gentle) slightly push on the membrane if you are very careful you can feel the gunk break loose. Its kinda like unsticking you leg from a vinyl seat in the summer feel to it hehe. To a lesser degree, this will unstick the membrane and cause it to bend and extend properly again. I did the blow, suck thing and a good few table taps for good measure, and it seems to be working like new again.
