I see that no one has mentioned a percolater.
...because boiled, overheated coffee is like drinking used motor oil.

'round here, we use an old, Capresso500 drip unit. Before y'all poo-poo the drippers, this one heats the water to 190deg.
It drips into an insulated carafe. It doesn't sit on an electric heater when done.....
Perfect every time.
Yeah we grind our own with a gear-grinder.:toast:

I usually buy 2 lb bags of Tim Hortons (Canada) coffee beans from Amazon (when they have them is stock). Grind em' up, and use my Bunn ThermoFresh coffeemaker. Our first Bunn coffeemaker lasted about 7 years. When my wife made coffee in the old Mr. Coffee (that we used before we got the Bunn).....she said.....I can't drink this coffee!.....you have to go get another Bunn.....(it was THAT much different for taste, for the same coffee).

I've been enjoying this "Caramel Nut" coffee. I got the beans from Fairway, and I'm usually a black coffee drinker, but I've found that a tiny touch of milk really brings out the caramel nut flavors in this coffee.

Also, I drink it iced. Every day. Whether it's 100 degrees or -100.

And a joke, how does Moses make his cofee?
