How far can you go on flavor and still get vapors?

After I use the premixed flavors I ordered, I will start experimenting with my own.
I am focused on creating the richest Coffee flavored juice.

The experiment will be using CoolBrew Toasted Almond coffee concentrate as the flavor.

I see typical mix ratios of 5 - 10 to 20% max for flavor, with the rest PG/VG.

I'd like to try 30% coffee concentrate, 20% VG, 50% PG.

How far can I go with the flavor before I'm no longer generating reasonable vapor?

I recognize the makeup of the flavor will influence the factual answer, but please give it a whirl if you are in the know.

the %of flavoring will not Affect the vapor production, unless the overall VG of the final mix is low. VG is what causes vapor, PG helps flavor.


at 30% flavor, it might be too much concentrate, and may start tasting off or mute.
