I have all my mods set up exactly the same - same juice, same atty, same build. I used to just grab one, vape it, later grab another, vape it, repeat. Over the course of the day I prolly vaped all 4.

This led to frequent battery changes - most prolly premature (cause I would never leave the house without a fresh battery in the mod even if I changed it only an hour prior) frequent juice refills. They always had batteries in different states of drain in them.

So I devised me a system:

I use a mod for the day. I put in a fresh battery in the morning and one right before I pick up my kids.

Later that night that battery goes on the charger.

The mod gets placed on the desk with the door off so I can see that it's not ready (either needs a battery and / or refill). Ever left the house with a mod and no battery in it? That's why I leave the door off :)

The next day I repeat with a different mod, and so on until their all ready for a refill.

Now I clean atty and tips and refill all four of them all at once.
:)

I cruise around a lot while working, so I keep two Grands in my car/in my jacket Monday to Friday. One set up with dual coils around .4 ohm with high VG, and the other is a 1.0ohm single coil cyclone for mouth to lung with a very flavourful juice. Also have 4 spare batteries in my car while working.
My AW 1600s are used exclusively with my Cyclone, and my Sony VTC5 for my Plume Veil (Odin arrives on Tuesday.) This works well for my daily use, but plan on adding a LP Mini into rotation in the next month or so. Cyclone will take up permanent residency on top of the future mini, plume veil and odin on top of my two current grands. I believe the three reos with satisfy my vaping needs, one for each occasion, but I've been wrong once before, so we'll see.

I have a reo in pretty much every room in our (quite small) house. What I do is carry a battery with me at all times, swapping it into whatever mod is closest to me when I want a vape. When I leave the room, I take out the battery and leave the reo. Quirky, I know. I sometimes choose to work on my laptop in the bathroom because that's where the SL LP TRA with absinthe juice in a dual RM3 is.

I run 3 Grand on my desk at all times some times more.

Vape on one in tell its to hot to vape put it down and pick another up.

Repeat about 20+ times a day. 18mg throat ripping juice. Accompanied with coffee.

I back up my REOs with a drippier that is for 24mg juice (Hit up to 10 times per day depending on stress level)

I check all battery's and juice levels at the end of the day or in the morning.

Been doing this for over 4 years.

It simulates my smoking habit. :)

I only vape one mod at a time. I'll have one Reo set up, with one flavor. The others are on the shelf, either re wicked and ready to go, or with the atty and door off, drying from a rinse out. I'll vape one for 2 or 3 days, filling the bottle or changing the battery when needed. Then I'll put it on the shelf and get another one. I very rarely have more than one mod going at a time.

At work I have two Grands and a Woodvil. I keep one Grand in the dinning room and the other two on my desk. The two on my desk have batteries removed and charged every evening. The other Grand has the battery changed every morning.

At home I usually set 3 Woodvils by me on the couch. At my desk I have a few others, usually 4-5. I usually replace batteries on the ones on the couch after a day and switch them out with 3 different ones. I can tell if a battery needs to be changed earlier than the normal routine.

This seems to work for me. Once in awhile I will forget to change the battery in one of them.

I check my bottle and refill when I change batteries at home. At work I refill as needed.

So you get by with just the 10 or 11, then, do you? :)
