Does it get stale after a period of time? Is it good for up to a year? Does anyone recommend refrigerating it? I'm about to place a big order so I can have plenty of steeped juices (now that I finally found a good juice vendor). Thanks!

No. Room temp, dark, something like a closet or cupboard is sufficient For your mixed juices.
People say to freeze your larger quantities of pg, vg and nic, but I blow through mine at a pretty steady pace so far that I have yet to see the need.

I hate to say, but also feel like I should warn you - from my experience it depends on the vendor and the juice. As juice steeps it changes, and I've had some vendors that were great fresh and lousy after a long steep.
True. And I find some juice just gets funky after a year or so when stored unrefrigerated.
I will add that the consensus might be in favor of refrigerating liquids, but freezing in not recommended for flavored liquids.
Maybe I'll steep them 30 days at room temp and refrigerate (not freeze) from then on. It should help keep it fresh tasting.
