Hey everyone-

*note- This is a general idea, not exact... there are many things like atomizer resistance (ohms) for example that can change this.

I put together some information on how to give a very general and ballpark asnwer to this. I basically broke it down to figuring out how many mAh (think of it as how much electricity a battery can hold) you use per minute on average. I used the average I saw around the forums of an eGo lasting about 6 hours for most people. The eGo battery is 650mAh, so 360 minutes/650 = .55 mAh per minute. Once you know what the mAh per minute value is for yourself, you can apply it to other battery models. For example, a 510 battery.... 180 (mAh of 510 battery) x .55 / 60 (minutes) = 1.65 (hours) ... Which is about right for me personally....

I put together a post on my blog comparing a lot of typical e-cigs and their battery mAh ratings, there is a graph and all that on my blog if you want to check it out. It is actually pretty interesting and useful to look at. How long do e-cig batteries last? | eCigology

Let me know if this was useful to anyone!

Thank you. Yes this is very helpful. It reminds me of how short the battery life was on the original 510 !

I get about 9 hours off my eGo, though, even using a LR atty. I only vape about 1.5 ml a day, though, so this
probably explains it.

Cool. Im glad someone gave it a gander! Yeah I put it together and thought it was kind of handy... Nice to see all those e-cigs listed together in comparison =)
