We refer to our ecigs as pacifiers around here. ;)

You might find that you need a higher nic strength for work and a lower strength at home where you can vape as you please. I was a 2 PAD smoker and found 24mg to be just right. If I had to vape at work I might find 36mg more satisfying if I could only vape on breaks.

A variable voltage mod might also be more satisfying to you. You can adjust the vapor production by cranking the voltage up and down within limits. The Vamo is an economical step up from a 510 at around $50 plus a couple of $10 18650 IMR batteries and a $20 charger.

It took me a while to figure out what worked for me, I started at mostly 0 or 6mg nic but found myself vaping way more that I expected. So I got a couple of juices at 12mg and found my sweet spot.

I also learned to hold my vape in my mouth for a while and exhale slowly through my nose (except when I want to show off how much vapor my little 808 can produce).

Today I vape like I used to smoke, take a short break for vape/etc (maybe 5 or so minutes) every 60 to 90 mins. At home, its become less as well.

My juice varies from 0nic to 12nic. I find I use 12 in the early part of the day, then lighten up as the day progresses. I've also had days where I'm at pretty much 0 all day.
