Sorry but that is not even close to accurate you cannot absorb nicotine from vaping anywhere nearly as efficient as you do from smoking for too many reasons to list here. IF someone Were (actually) getting FIVE times the nicotine they wouldn't need anyone to tell them, they'd be sick enough to know it long before they got near that level. To err on the side of caution is always a good thing but we need to keep things as accurate as we can, not only vapers read these forums
It all depends on what u r using and how long u cape at one time. I found myself vaping a lot because of how great it is to be able to cape inside and inside the carjust be careful of what nicotine levels u use. Some don't realize how much nicotine they are getting when vaping. When you see 18mg on the label that means there is 18mg per ml. You usually get 18 to 20 mg per pack of analogs. So if you were a one pack a day smoker and find yourself vaping 5ml a day at 18mg your taking in 5 times the nicotine which I wouldn't recommend. I would encourage any caper to check out the threads on nicotine in the DIY section and read about the dangers of high levels of nicotine.
I feel like I vape all day. Not constantly, but regular enough to know where my PV is at all times. I can't get through 1 full mL/day. 3mL would last me at least 2 or 3. At least.
It depends. I vape heavier in the morning, and when I'm bored or stressed.

It depended on how stressful my day was. If I was stressed I could chain vape 20ml a day dripping. Usually my daily intake bounced from 1-4ml.
