so ive been using the T3 tanks off and on lately, but also still vape a lot on my volt carts...im just sorta waiting for one on my T3 atomizers to quit working. how long will it usually last before it needs replacing? I have 2 new spare atomizers and have not had to replace an atomizer yet (but im not a vapaholic so I don't use my t3 alot yet)...and when the atomizer does quit on me how will I know that its time to replace it? does it just go completely dead, or will I notice a big difference in its vaping performance or what? ive been using my T3's for weeks now off and on and all 5 still work just fine as far as I can tell...

Usage is so subjective. Example; My wife uses nano's and has been using the same 5 for well over a month, while the ones I used went for about a week.

As for T3's and replacement time. You will notice a decrease in vapor production, as well as a burnt taste as the coil/wick assembly gunk up and burn out. The time it will take to do this will depend on too many variables, like how much you use them, what type of juice (darker, sweeter, citrus, cinnamon, pg/vg ratio, etc), also if you use the same juice in one tank and just keep topping it off it will get thicker and thicker, gunking it up faster.

I vape like a crackhead, and bypassed the replacement heads all together, opting for rebuilding them myself with kanthal and wick material. I might go a bit overboard, but I replace the top flavor wicks every couple days, and rebuild them all (5) every weekend.

It goes from hobby to mad scientist quickly haha!

I've been using the T3's about 90% of the time, and go through 4-6 mls a day. I actually kept a spreadsheet, just to keep track of flavors, and noticed the following:
COIL Mls
a 81
b 87
c 27
d 27
e 48

Of the above, 1 died because I dropped it, one just stopped working, and the rest died while I was dry burning. I was careful on the dry burns, but when they get really "worn out", they just die as soon as the coil turned red. YMMV

ya, ive heard about people rebuilding the attys but im sure I will never do that. if an atty goes bad I will just replace it. I really like the vapor production and the taste/flavor I get from using the t3 attys. I don't like the fact that they are so AIRY....I don't want to block up the air holes like many people do to get a tighter draw because i read that doing so will cause the attys to leak juice and go dead faster. so far i like them since i vape mostly at home. now lately ive been taking my t3 tanks outside the home with me when i go out...usually i take a pack of carts out with me...i am gonna invest a little more money soon and buy the "smaller t3 version" because these big ones to me are just overkill. I never fill them more that 1 1/2 mils because i have a lot of different juices in rotation and i just rinse a t3 out and put in a different juice. i don't bother doing a dry burn and i don't rinse out the attys, i just rinse the t3 tank out real good and fill it with a different flavor. so far ive had NO problems at all with my t3 tanks but im still just waiting for one to die...
