:pHow long do the cartomizers and nic juice keep? I might put in a order for a good size bottle when I find one I like and I want to be sure it will keep. I also have some flavors in cartomizers that I am not crazy about but I am sure I will use them sometime.
Also, I have cheated and just began for real today with out analogs. I notice myself feel bad and jittery. I am making sure my nic level is the same but is it possible my body is missing something else? I am sure it isn't missing the carbon monoxide LOL. But anyone else ever feel this way right after quitting? If so how long does it last?
I have been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis and first stages of COPD. Anyone find it easier to breathe once you get use to vaping? So far it has been kinda hard on my breathing just like analogs but I am hoping this gets better since it is only my first day.
Anyone experience weight gain after quitting analogs? I sure hope not because I am a snacker LOL. I am down with a cracked knee cap so the gym is waiting on me to come back.
After filling a cartomizer up with 35% VG nic juice and 30% VG doubler I have discovered that the PG is not that bad. The VG made me very sick but I did get some cartomizers today that are Banana VG and are very good! The rest I have is PG. I am going to have to throw out those bottles I cannot use due to nausea really bad! I have ruled out the nic levels and caulked it up to the high percent of VG. Anyone gotten the VG juice from Vapor king and refilled? How is it? Any flavor recommendations?
Thanks so much and any advice is welcome as I get use to vaping more I may call on your guys for help!

Two years is the specification. I don't know that I'd try to keep it that long. Under ideal conditions, maybe. Keep it in a cool, dry, dark place and I'd expect a year plus. No problems after four and a half months for me.

As far as what else you might be missing - sure, one of the several dozen other addictive substances, and probably the freebase nicotine (provided via the ammonia that's added) kick.

And I've gotta say - you really can't seriously expect to get all your questions answered all the time in less than an hour on a public forum, right?

Hello, Brooke and Welcome! Actually, it may well be a carbon monoxide issue . . . your brain is getting more oxygen than it is used to . . . the first 3-4 weeks after I quit analogs, I was dizzy, could not concentrate and felt like do-do! Once my brain got used to the extra oxygen, those symptoms went away. I was a 2 pack a day smoker for 40 years . . . I've been analog free for 9 weeks and 4 days . . . hang in there . . . it WILL get better! Mike

Wow cool, thanks so much Mike! You have just made me feel alot better about things. I know it is my first day fully vaping as I cheated before, but I am sticking with it! I am not patient with this and I should be, I guess I am mostly nervous. It is good to know that it isn't just me feeling all weird. I am having a lack of concentration as well and I am a major non profit project this month. Good timing right? LOL I will get through it!
Thanks again to all and your positive reinforcement is greatly appreciated!

That's great, Brooke . . . bear in mind everyone reacts differently . . . the first week I got lost on the Inter-state and had to call my wife to come and get me . . . the confusion was THAT BAD! The extra oxygen is very interesting to me . . . I have always worked out at the gym . . . since I quit analogs, I have consistently seen the amount of calories I burn on the elliptical machine every morning increase day by day . . . I do 45 minutes and have increased the calorie burn by 50 in the same period of time! Good luck!

Brooke, be patient. You asked a number of questions for which there are probably about 1000 threads on the ECF forum asking the same things. You will get some answers to this inquiry, but you might also consider searching the forum for keywords such as "weight gain" "health benefits" "side effects" "COPD" "VG"; you will be amazed at how much has already been discussed in copious detail already if you have the time to do a little digging. There are numerous lengthy threads on many different pages specific to every single one of your questions. Regarding the V4L product specific questions, see the stickies and user guides, also check some of the many excellent videos as well.

Hang in there and give it some time. Don't feel you have to kick the habit just yet, take it slow and easy. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress :)
