How Long For 100ml Bobas To Ship out??

I purchased two bottle 10 days ago and they showed up at my door two days later. Then, I ordered a 100ml bottle of Bobas on the 26th, and all it says under order status is "Validated"??.... I emailed, and made a help ticket for this and haven't had a response yet. I wouldn't think it would take extra time to fill and ship a 100ml over a 30ml. Anyone have any info? The bottle was 53 bucks, so... Kinda wanting some answers. Thanks in advance
