How long is too long for an order to arrive.

I placed an order with a company for a 30ml bottle of E-juice more than 10 calendar days ago. The company shipped it the same day (placed in Evening shipped following morning) but the package never arrived.

Turns out it went 1st class instead of Priority. Shipping was $4.00 and the juice was $22.50

What should I do?

I would give it a couple more days and I would also email supplier and ask for tracking #.
If the supplier didnt ship with tracking # , then that was not good

I placed an order for juice from JuicyJuice and it took almost three weeks to receive. I emailed and asked after 2 weeks & they responded and told me only that it had been shipped.
