how longdo attys last

i have:

LR306 (saposed to be cisco)
LR510 (totally wicked)
reg. 510 (with eGo kit)

what is the avarage life span for each of these attys, and if they just die or if the performance slightly drops then die

If you dip and use too much VG based liquid your attys will die ine 2-7 days.
I have learned this the hard way after frying even HV attys from ikenvape.com!

I switched to PG based liquid (doest taste as good but still decent), and noticed a huge increase in atty cleanliness and life span.

One 801 HV atty on my 5v PV lasted 3 weeks!!! =)

I never clean my attys - I just blow them out once or twice a day, and they have lasted me almost 4 months. I had one failure last week, and it just slowly stopped producing enough heat to vape.

i have been useing nhaler juice, totally wicked juice good prophets juice, and always drip, and so far my LR306 is stil kicking after 4weeks and do nothing but drip, every 3 days i give the alch. bath, and blow them out every other night i dont give them a bath

The only atty's I use are the 510's. Mine are all still going strong after 2 months of usage. When I first started vaping I tried to find stats on what the average life of a 510 would be but there are so many variables on atty's that its really hard to say. Some are just duds to start with. Many I'm sure die a premature death due to user error or neglect. Other's seem to keep on going for many months. Personally after reading lots and lots of atty stories I decided that I would hope for 2 good months for my 510's. Since I've now passed that mark I just have to wait to see how long mine actually last for.

For the record, when I first started vaping I cleaned them religiously every 3 or 4 days using the alcohol bath and dry over night. This past few weeks I've used a hot water soak when I've felt they've become sluggish which tends to be after about 4 days use but does vary. I blow them out whenever I feel they've become flooded which doesn't happen often but on an average once a day.

I'm going over a month now with my 2 original attys. I use 100% VG with heavy flavors but I clean them every night faithfully and they are performing at 100% every day. I use 1/3 white vinegar to 2/3 distilled water and use a pipette and squirt them through the atty a few times and blow them out. I just filled a Poland Spring water bottle with the vinegar and water and rubber banded a pipette to the top to make it easy for me. I'm lazy

You can never predict how long an atty will last, but generally i use a fresh one every couple weeks even if it's not popped just because once they're broken in too much i get fed up with their pooey performance. Regular 901 attys i've had last for like 2 or 3 months before, LR attys about 1-2 weeks.

All you guys talking about how your attys last 4+ months, I think yall are either vaping 3.7volts or must have found a much higher quality atty than ikenvapes HV 3.5ohm. I own a Silver Bullet that runs on its 3.7v and it never fried attys dripping either. But I cant stand 3.7v =(

PG seems to be doing much better. I am testing my second atty on PG, starting 7 Nov I will see how long it last's =)

It all depends on user and luck of the buy.
Pg/vg mix.
Dark/light e-liquids.
How long of a draw you take.
Voltage and battery drainage.
Care of threads-stresses the connection.
All of these and more.
The quality control from the company that produced the atomizers.

oh yea i said i was on an eGo, but waiting for my mods to be build, the ego dont cut it no more, deff. need something stronger, just picked up a dremal, just have to get a solder gun and ill be makn my own, but people seem to think a 5volt will be good enuf, i just dont think so, but 6volt will blow attys faster?

how long has attys lasted on avrage at 6v
