How many 801 manufacturers are there?

I have used several e-cigs and have settled on the tried and true 801 as my standard all day e-cig. My question is how many manufacturers are there?

I read posts saying X-supplier has the longest lasting atts or y-suppliers atts are no good etc... But are they all coming from the same place?

My analogy would be if I buy a bic pen at Walmart and a bic pen at Rite Aid and the Rite Aid bic pen lasts longer... does that mean that Rite Aid sells the best bic pens?

How many physical 801 "facories" are over there in China?

I don't think anyone knows for sure nor will those that do know even tell us. If you search e-cig manufacturers on Alibaba.com, there are over 3000 listed. I seriously doubt that is the true number, but it does further cloud the issue. The major players, from what I understand include Joye, Farsee Group, and Ruyan (whoever they are now after all the buy-outs).
