How many drops in a milliliter of PG?

I regularly fit 30 drops or so into 808 cartomizers, and 50 into a "1.6ML" CE2 clearomizer.

That leads me to believe that PG drops are smaller than water drops, but how much smaller?

Well, drop size also depends on what you are using to drip with, so can't really give an answer.

It will depend on the bottle your dripping from, some make smaller drops than others. I've seen countless times that it's around 20 drops per ml but in my experience it's somewhat higher on average.

i just used a syringe..added 1 mil to my bottle ( standard juice 10 ml bottle) and i counted 40 drops

I use syringe also but 40 drops filled it and when I tried to use it got juice all in mouth!! Are we supposed to let newly filled blanks sit for a certain amount of time? I have a feeling 30 drops is probly better?

You get a feel for it after awhile. There is no set answer for how many drops or how much it will take to fill one carto. A lot of it can also depend on how tightly packed the filler is as well.

With cartos I just usually drop until it just barely starts to pool at the top of the poly fill. If it starts dropping out the bottom stop filling set on a paper towel(connection side down if you can, a little hard with 501) to let it soak up the rest that drips.
