Don't add it by drops, use your e-juice calculator & measure with a syringe.
Don't use gtt/drops.
Measure volume or weight
.69 ml of 10% (100mg/ml) added to 12ml of .7% (7mg/ml) will give you 12.69 ml of 1.2% (12mg/ml).
Using 100%VG base that is .85grams. (1.23grams/ml)
