Do all wives think alike my wonderful wife said the same thing. She has threatened to send back the next vape related package or product that comes into our home lol
Nope, we don't all think alike, I wait by the mailbox so I can get my gear outta the box first :D

The money I spent per month on cigarettes compared to vaping is insane. If I wanted to continue to smoke there would be no end, nor break in the amount of money per month. With vaping I can spend a fraction of that and still have plenty left over and go months without purchasing anything and be just fine.

Tell me about it.

Just bought the wife a ~$800 setup.

Counting just what I've had spent on my cigs alone, I'm still far, far in the green...

That includes supporting vaping completely for 5 people...

And a small handful of $200 - $300+ setups...

And a small handful of $400 - $800 setups...

And the laboratory...

I am boring,,,,, lol,,,,,

I have two provaris (my adult daughter also has two, so we're good for back ups),,,,,,several 18650 batteries,,,,,,and an Aspire Nautilus that i am LOVING.

Yep, that's it. I am loving the Nautilus so much, I will probably get a replacement or three, and of course, quite a few coils/heads for it,,,,,

I DIY 0 nic juice.....so that's easy,,,,

Oh, I think SOMEWHERE I have a couple of last resort Ego's I've put away,,,,,,

DUH, I meant to add,,,,,

is she upset because she doesn't have any available cash to spend on her hobbies and pleasures?? my husband and I both agree on a set amount for us to spend on anything we want without any need to explain,,,,,,

every now and again, one of us will want to spend more, and then we'll discuss it,,,,,

so if she's not feeling free to spend an equal amount, she might be a bit irritated.

I'm not a cloud chaser, flavor chaser, or collector. I'm not interested in variety. What ever is my favorite is the only thing I use. In normal times I'm using one mod (Pico or VTC mini) and one SV rda clone everyday all day. An additional rda stands by with a build and a dry wick for backup and a backup mod. There are new restrictions on where I can vape so I'm adding a stealth setup including an Evic Basic, the SV, and a nearly vaporless DIY with no VG. So now I keep two rigs in service. A Pico mega is on the way for day long field trips and eventually I'd like an Evolv product to play with.

The above would be enough except our dear, dear government threatens to interfere so I need a stockpile. The present plan is 5 Picos and 5 VTwo minis and 10 SV rda clones, which should last 10 years and might last 20.

The stockpile is kept separate and will cost about $650 including 5 liters of nic. If I take something from it I'll replace it as long as that's possible. I might have $1200 worth of other stuff mostly mods and atomizers no longer used. As 8-18 approaches the hardware stockpile might increase. It's still hard to believe a ban on the products I use will really happen.

And my wife could care less. She uses 3 of my Provaris and 3 of my tanks (Kabukis and Tritons). I ask her what she thinks about a mod or tank and she says "I'm not smoking, am I?". :D

She has zero interest in the hobby perspective and just loves vaping as it has allowed her to quit smoking. She is picky about her juices and not much else.

To each their own as I am a postman stalker and own way too many mods/tanks.;)

I love every aspect of vaping. I make the juice me and the hubs vape. I love being able to rebuild my attys, if I need a new coil, I don't have to wait for one to come in the mail or drive 100 miles to buy them.
Most of my mech mods are clones, I'm not ashamed to admit it ;)
My regulated mods have all been won here on ECF, with the exception of my Pico.
I'm also a woman who likes guns and knives, I have quite a few really nice, sharp knives ;)

AM I wrong or is my wife ? No wrong answers here just opinions ;0

My wife is totally on my back; I took two mods out one night and she was incredulous.

I have two all day devices and one backup; an MVP2 that I've owned for over 3 years..

I am now looking for a replacement to my dying iStick30 and am considering a Pico.

So I got mother inlaw into vaping to quit smoking . I bought her a nice starter mod 2 boxes of coils and 120 ml of juice .

So my wife getting revenge on me even after buying her a 160 W Tarot and 120 celito tank . She gave her mother 2 of our mods wth . SHe felt bad for her mom because she forgot juice " her dam fault " most carry purses no ? So no juice one mod she bummed a couple smokes since her mod went dry .

SO wifey said Take these mom you should always carry a spare or two . I agree you should always have a backup but why they hell does she feel I should buy her MOAR .

So RIP Target Pro Kit , J150 w/ baby beast ..... on top of the VTC Mini kit she had :(

yup , Im gonna have to go buy some more now myself :) . I wish my BM was not so expensive ... Yes I know online is cheaper , but I like to support small business in my area and I have no worries about quality with new shop .

My dogs are my 5th and 6 th children and get treated as if they were human . How many peoples dog have a $500 Laze boy recliner for just them

no other half can complain when you're buying a lazeeboy for a pet.. they cost more than the mods!

Ima hoarder of mods, or so I've been told ;)
You can never have "too many"!
For example: when buying cigs, you can't go in a store and buy 1 cig, you have to buy a pack. When buying a new mod, you also need a new tank/ dripper, can't use one without the other.
What does the wifey but a lot of? Is it ever too much for her with the stuff she likes?
Btw, my hubby has no problem with me buying a new mod, as long as I buy him one too ;)

yes, buying him one works... though I was mean with my last atty purchase, normally I buy two of everything... but hey he barely uses his kanger 60w, so he didn't need a transformer rda... right?

And my wife could care less. She uses 3 of my Provaris and 3 of my tanks (Kabukis and Tritons). I ask her what she thinks about a mod or tank and she says "I'm not smoking, am I?". :D

I'm the researcher and builder... he vapes, complains about my clouds, is picky about his juices... hmm is your wife and my hubby related? lol

in my house, since july we've gotten(after much explaining about backups)... 3 topbox 75w mini starter kits, 2 more toptanks, 2 pro tank 4s, 2 dripbox 60ws(I bought first then showed him and he liked it), transformer rda, kr 454BBs... and a bunch of other atties for me to play with coiling on.. so 5 mods only. I'm about to get a 160w dripbox since they're the easiest to find dual battery squonker(locally).

I only use one of the tobox starters and the pro tank as the topper for it and my dripbox with the transformer... for someone who didn't see the need for backup mods, I had to put my foot down this week about him leaving me one of the spare kboxes, so I can paint it for an expo this weekend... for a while there I only had one mod for me. he complains somewhat, but also wants me to start a business... so he actually does support me, he's just not as into it as I am.

Ohhhh....I have way more than my wife would like me to have. I think my count is up to 22 or so. The way I look at it....she smokes and we stop and buy a pack of smokes a day for her . That's like almost $200 she spends a month on smoking. My Vaping "hobby" costs a lot less than that. I won't be stopping anytime soon. :)
