I was a consistent 3ml vaper on KR808D-1 and Riva 510, after being full PAD for decades.

When I went to higher voltage, variable voltage, I jumped to 6 - 7 ml/day, have stayed there for the last year. It's subjective, I haven't smoked in a decent length of time but I'll happily use more ml for the pleasure of the VV :)

Norma and I together do about 2ml of 24/26 mg a day total. We were both PAD smokers. This is far more satisfying than analogs were and we've found ourselves vaping far less than we used to smoke. Speaking of habits, we observe the same routine we had when we did analogs....we don't vape anywhere analogs aren't permitted.

We're probably going to spend a lot more on hardware than juice. :D

vs how many analogs you smoked? I have only been vaping for four days now but seem to be averaging between 4 and 7 ml a day and I was a pack a day smoker.

Then something is not right. I was a three pack a day smoker and I have been content with 3 to 5 mls per day for nearly three years now. A pack a day smoker should theoretically be content with 20 mg of nicotine a day delivered (or about 1mg of nic per cigarette smoked). And based on my own e-liquid-strength/consumption-volume pattern, I estimate that a vaper needs to consume about 40 mg of nicotine in order to achieve 20 mg of nicotine delivered. Thus, a rough formula would be:

# of Packs Smoked X 40
----------------------------- = # of mls (per day)
# of mgs per ml e-liquid

Thus, in my case, it was 3 X 40 = 120, and 120 divided by 24mg strength e-liquid = 5mls per day.
Or, in the case of 40mg strength e-liquid, I would only need about 3mls per day (120/40=3).
